In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 9, the Buyer has the right to cancel the product or exchange it until its delivery by the courier, and after the transfer - within 14 days, subject to the complete preservation of the trademark, all labels and documents, confirming the fact of purchase.

The cost of the goods is to be returned to the Buyer within 7 days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the Internet store and written demand from the Buyer (sent by e-mail in an arbitrary form) on the return of the goods and cash.

Upon returning the goods, the online store only refunds the cost of the goods, while the cost of delivery is not refundable.

Upon returning the goods, its delivery to the online store is paid by the Buyer.
